Consumer readiness
B2B now. B2C prepared.
PHAT OS currently works through request, manual review, written offer and invoice. Direct consumer orders should only go live after order, withdrawal and complaint information has been confirmed.
Current sales mode
PHAT OS uses the safe request process: request, manual review, written offer, invoice and project start. Online checkout is disabled and is not visible before legal review.
Consumer launch
Consumer orders are prepared, but not active as instant purchase. Before a binding B2C order, total price, operator identity, withdrawal information, complaints/RAL and payment-obligation flow must be confirmed.
Before a consumer order
A consumer must receive operator identity, service description, total price, tax/VAT status, duration, payment methods, start time, withdrawal information and complaint or dispute-resolution channels before being bound by an order.
